三年前，那對帶著傻氣卻有一雙鐵拳的「冷熱兄弟」回來了！Netflix原創暴力美學大作《獵犬2》正式宣佈於4月3日全球同步上線。這部曾在2023年橫掃多國排行榜冠軍的劇集，在卡司與格局上全面升級，誓言要讓劇迷在春季再次感受心跳加速的窒息感。
本季最大的驚喜，莫過於韓國天王Rain的重磅加盟。出道超過20年，Rain鮮少挑戰徹底的反派角色，這次他將化身極度兇殘的地下拳王兼組織首領「白正」。
在最新釋出的預告片中，白正經營著規模龐大的國際地下博弈拳賽，將拳擊手視為純粹的商品，其冰冷刺骨的眼神與精湛身材，與主角群展開一場肉體與意志的終極對撞。這不僅是技術上的對決，更是Rain演技生涯的一次大轉變，影迷紛紛直呼：「從沒看過這麼帥又這麼壞的 Rain！」
「最強兄弟檔」禹棹煥（飾 金建優）與李相二（飾 洪偶真）也回歸了！兩人為了第二季再次進行了地獄般的體能訓練，誓言呈現比第一季更具震撼力的「冰塊肌」與實戰美學。此外由崔始源在第一季中備受折磨的財閥三世「洪敏範」確認回歸，經歷了上一季的屈辱，他在這季將展現更具深度且多樣的情感面貌。2PM成員燦盛也驚喜加入，為劇組增添更多野性與張力。韓網瘋傳朴敘俊與《單身即地獄》的Dex都有望在劇中客串演出，雖然劇組尚未證實，但已成功引發討論狂潮。
第一季後期因突發事件導致劇本大幅修改，成為不少影迷心中的遺憾。然而，據悉第二季從製作初期就有了更完善的規劃，場景從首爾的小巷弄擴張到跨國規模。
韓國論壇Theqoo與 DC Inside的期待值已衝破頂峰，網友紛紛表示「只要看著禹棹煥和李相二的組合，這部劇就已經贏了一半。」、「Rain演反派？這對決組合根本是夢幻級別，四月快點來吧！」
